Project Sleepy is currently on hold

You've probably noticed a lack of content as of late. I had a wonderful visit to DC and I went back to monophasic sleep, to be normal on vacation.

We've also been given some reading material as food for thought about whether to reconvene with the project.

For now it is on indefinite suspension. I'm sure we'll update again before long - and once we've made a decision.

It's been fun so far. Let's see if we continue. We'll be in touch again soon.

Polyphasic is unsustainable by itself

Ok I have a lot of research about life practices and holistic being to understand that this is possible only if an adjustment in many aspects of life our made. It's really simple actually and more basic then what we might think, but there are a few tricks that can also help in the growth of life practice and "getting stuff done". For one thing to focus on is sustainability and the time we have available. The quality of that time, in regards to our 3 states of being, is a huge concern. If not then is it worth it? See, the compatibility of polyphasic with our daily life has to be congruent with our states of being. The 3 states of being fall into a gross, subtle, and casual states. This can be reduced to other terms more commonly understood as emotional states, physical states, and mental states. Not until one can adjust all of them to be congruent with each other, equilibrium cannot be found, and a state of deprivation will tear one apart. It's the agony you feel when something isn't right.
So with that being said, what can you do to get project sleepy to work?

Exercise, eat, drink and breathe healthy (yes it's more expensive but if you are investing into your time then you will get more out of it, otherwise it's not an investment at all), and most importantly meditate and use biorhythm and feedback to help grow your consciousness to new heights. Holosync is one audio program I highly recommend. I have a bunch you are more than welcome to try. Another one that's for fun is called Idoser. LoL pick a drug any drug and Idoser will get you there.

Yes, these sound so elementary but they are the basics to qualitative life and life hacking. Until you have the core basis for your life controlled, or running as a solid system, you can't begin to hack it and over clock it and make it work better, faster, longer, and more reliable.

There is much more to this rabbit hole then what I summed up here, but this is the basis for your journey. Its life as you make it, every moment that you create it, in the now that you are in.
I’m looking into making an eeg machine and fell upon a site called http://openeeg.sourceforge.net/ The data that this could collect would be amazing for the project sleepy. I think more people would donate to that then something that causes problems to the vision and journey…COUGH COUGH BEER! I’m still super interested in this and would love to participate.

P.S Yes, I'm a Reverend through the Universal Life Church
