- 12:00-12:20 - Good nap, no snooze, no dreams.
- 17:00-17:20 - Restful, but didn't fall asleep for very long. There was some noise from someone stopping by in the living room, followed by the dog coming into my room and deciding to make some random dog like noises.
- 20:02-22:20 - Quite good nap. Feel refreshed for sure. Maybe a little bit swimmy in my head, but I didn't have any trouble getting right up out of bed (20:23 as I write this). Very strange dreams though.

- 23:58-00:22 - Very light sleep. No recollection of any dreaming. Apparently I had almost fallen asleep after my first alarm went off, as I was awoken by my second alarm, set two minutes later. May be because it took some time to fall asleep.
- 04:00-12:25 - I kept having my alarm go off and I'd think, man, I didn't sleep at all, I better set it for another twenty so I can get some rest, or I'll be boned. I had one alarm set for 5:20am, one alarm set for 6:00am and one set for 3:21am, which may have been an attempt to set it for 8:21am, while mixing up the 8 and the 3 due to being bleary eyed. So the rule is No Oversleeping, for any reason, what so ever. No snoozing. No nothing.
